Pan fried jumbo shrimp flamed with garlic & onions, herb, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, baked Panini croutons and parsley

Carved Alberta Beef


Slow roasted Alberta top sirloin, hand carved, demi jus served with fresh baked mini kaisers and condiments

Pasta Station


Penne, three cheese tortellini, ravioli, tomato, alfredo, basil pesto sauce, mushroom, tomatoes, peppers, onions, Italian sausage, asiago and parmesan cheese, warm Panini croutons

Carved Rack of Lamb Dijonnaise


Rosemary demi, mini panini croutons, sautéed mushrooms, micro greens

Ice Cream & Sundae Bar


Assorted berries, vanilla ice cream, yogurt, fruit coulis, French whip cream and candy toppings

Warm Crepe Station


Flambé crepes with selection of fine liqueurs, fresh berries, mixed berry compote, bananas, chocolate shavings, French whip cream, and fruit coulis
